Convenient location only 2 miles away from Church Alive. the room is super nice with 2 queen beds, and the bathroom is absolutely stunning! 🌟

The location is perfectly in-between Cantera and San Marcos and Downtown. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Provided extra blankets.

Our room cards didn't work after the first night and had to go get new ones.

Recently renovated hotel, I had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were professional and genuinely helpful. The room was brand-new with a gorgeous bathroom and 2 double beds. The property had a comfy location close to everything. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

It was not as nice as other Hampton Inns. It looked old, esp. The bathroom. It was very loud. People were banging on doors and running up and down the halls. But that is not Hampton's problem.

Comfortable bed and room. Safe, secure facilities.

Staff was indifferent and did not seem to work as a team. Staff was not customer-oriented but more focused on their individual responsibilities and customers got in their way. This was true at the front desk--all three shifts, in the dining room. Location, while in a great part of town, was difficult to get into and out of. Facilities appeared to be maintained but not at the usual Hampton level. While I would prefer to stay in this area, next time I will stay at the Hampton Inn at 1604 and I35 instead, and drive to this area for my visit.

Had a pleasant stay at this recently refurbished hotel. the room was large with comfortable beds. - the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. - the location was conveniently close to everything including the Roxie theater and many restaurants.

Every employee from management to grounds keeper were extremely polite and accommodating.

you guys made our stay really enjoyable. the hotel itself was well-maintained and overall clean and the staff were especially helpful, it had ideal location convenient to highway access. the service was excellent and the pool was clean. location: the venue was really close to the roxie theater, many stores and restaurants, and shopping centers.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel facilities, such as the breakfast room and lobby, were large and accommodating for multiple guests. We never had to fight for a table. The fresh and flavorful coffee available 24/7 was a nice perk, as were the limited but delicious evening cookies. The staff, including the night manager, was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy and the small treat bag they provided for our dog. The location was perfect, as it was situated in between Cantera, San Marcos, and Downtown, putting us within minutes of the best parts of the San Antonio area.

Great value for the room. Clean and Tidy. Breakfast room and hotel lobby are big for multiple guest so there is no fighting for a table. Fresh & flavorful coffee 24/7 at the lobby. Also fresh cookies but in limited amount in the evening.

Lack of service carts to haul personal luggage. Elevators did display the inspection card but sounded as if they were going to break down every time we used them.

Convenient Location 📍: This place is perfectly situated, just a stone's throw away from downtown.

This was a great and perfect location so close to San Antonio for a hockey tournament. Great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. - Near many stores and restaurants.

The staff were professional and took care of me. The location was comfortable and easy for exploring San Antonio. North San Antonio - SAT district was worth exploring. Everything was amazing, my next choice again in San Antonio.
